Activation Ministries aspires to advance the Kingdom of God and make a positive impact in the world for Christ through the activation and development of millions of leaders and people across the globe.
To attain this vision, we plan to host different trainings, conferences, retreats, and events at various locations across the world that are focused on activating leaders within the Body of Christ and helping people uncover their purpose through prophetic prayer, worship, assessments, coaching, teaching, and preaching of the Word of God!
The foundational scripture of our ministry is found in Ephesians 4:12 where Paul states that he gave himself some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
Throughout the year, Dr. Joshua Fredenburg and his team create activation trainings and customized leadership events that are designed to empower and develop more people within the Body of Christ to lead more effectively through use of assessments, impartation, teaching, and preaching from the Word of God.
These different trainings and leadership events focus on specific areas that not only help believers become more effective at serving as leaders within their local church, but also help them become more impactful within their sphere of influence as well.

Each quarter, our team of worshippers, prayer intercessors, and ministers gather together from different locations throughout the country to bring people into the Presence of God through a time of worship and prophetic prayer!
During these powerful experiences in the Presence of God, not only do people encounter GOD, but they get to soak in the Presence of God, fellowship with other believers, engage in corporate prayer and free-flowing worship, receive prophetic insight, and receive the blessings of being in the Presence of GOD.

McClendon, Pastor Bayless Conley, and Pastor Rich Wilkerson Sr., but he served as a Teacher within Cottonwood Bible College, Director of Growth Track at Trinity Church Miami, Children’s Ministry Teacher at Church of the Harvest, and guest speaker at various churches across the country.
Dr. Fredenburg’s academic accomplishments, years of experience within ministry, scholarly research, and successful speaking career has enabled him to provide every audience with an energetic, empowering, dynamic, and transformational presentation that leads to positive results!
